VILLA 18 Description

Welcome to our 4 bedroom executive villa with south facing pool in award winning gated Lake Berkley Resort. The villa has a mix of tiled flooring and laminate flooring, and is extremely spacious with large sitting room, leather sofas and large screen TV.

Fully equipped kitchen, everything is provided, and new upgraded stainless steel appliances. For dining you have the choice of a formal dining area or cosy kitchen table.

Our villa will comfortably sleep eight guests and features a master bedroom with king size bed and full ensuite plus TV; a second bedroom with queen bed plus TV; two other guest rooms each with twin beds. All bedding and towels provided. In addition to the ensuite bathroom there is a full size family bathroom. There is also a new clothes washer and dryer.

The villa is air conditioned throughout and has unlimited high speed internet access, free call phone to several countries (incl N America).

Outside you can enjoy your own private 28 ft. south facing pool with expanded deck and amazing comfortable lounge furniture. The private shaded lanai is a great place to enjoy a chilled glass of wine, while taking in the partial lakeview in the evening after a busy day.

Your own games room features a full size slate pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table and TV. For younger families there is also a highchair, pack-n-play, double stroller and single stroller.

As a guest of Lake Berkley Resort you will enjoy (free of charge) - fishing, tennis court, basketball court, gym, clubhouse, Resort pool/jacussi, Children’s splash pool, and running trail.

We employ a local management company to take care of the villa and are available 24/7 to deal with any questions/issues during your visit to the villa.
