Hi, my name is Stephen Brown, and I have owned a villa at the beautiful Lake Berkley Resort for 8 years.

Due to the success of managing the bookings of my own villa I now handle the enquiries and bookings for several other villa owners at Lake Berkley Resort. All of the villas shown on this website have been vetted by me and each one comes with my personal recommendation.

Staying in a 5 star villa at a premium location will not be the cheapest option, but it does offer outstanding value for money, and you will have memories that last a lifetime. Once guest have stayed at Lake Berkley Resort it is always their first choice location for subsequent visits.

You can find a cheaper villa elsewhere, but it will not be on a 24/7 gated resort, a resort with many facilities including Clubhouse, tennis, nature/jogging trails, and private fishing, with a villa that is luxuriously furnished and only minutes to Disney. (Please beware of villas at Davenport which are miles from anywhere!).
