Villa 15 Description

This beautiful 5 Bedroom luxury villa consists of a large kitchen, dining area, living room, dining room, king master bedroom & ensuite bath, queen second bedroom with ensuite, three twin bedrooms, separate bathroom, and laundry room.

The living room, overlooking the pool area, has three comfortable sofas, large screen TV and CD/DVD player.

There is high speed internet access and all local telephone calls are free.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. You can expect to find everything you would have in your own home.

The main 2 Bedrooms have ensuite facilities. All linen and towels are provided. Each of the bedrooms have Cable TV. The main bathroom has twin wash basins, extra large bath and separate shower.

The pool is South facing and the deck is extra large, great for sunbathing. There are 4 sun-loungers and 4 chairs. This is a great place to have breakfast, lunch and evening dinner

At Lake Berkley you can enjoy a clubhouse with a fitness center, community swimming pool and spa, tennis courts, two lakes for fishing and a children's playground. The resort is located just 5 miles from Disney and you are also just minutes from fine dining, shopping and other attractions.
