This is the perfect villa for a family getaway looking for a homely, four bedroom house in an excellent location.

The spacious open plan sitting room has comfortable sofas and a large Smart TV, the perfect place to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need. There is a breakfast bar area also. The dining area comfortably seats six guests along with accompanying window seating.

There are 4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom overlooks your private pool. This bedroom has a King size 4 poster bed.
The second bedroom has a queeen size bed. The third bedroom is a twin bed room. The fourth bedroom has bunk style beds, with the bottom bunk being double size.

Your private pool area is perhaps the best feature of this villa as it overlooks the large lake and smallisland full of wildlife. Your private pool will be heated and has it's own spa, great for relaxing after a day at nearby Disney.

Enjoy endless family entertainment between having a splash in the pool and playing in the games room. The games room has plenty to offer; including a pool table, foosball, air hockey and a TV to top off your entertainment package.

The villa is fully equipped with everything you will need including air con throughout, private pool, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, bed linens, towels etc.
